1. General Policy

All payments made for any program offered by Sense Academia are non-refundable.

This applies to all:

  • Online training & internship programs
  • Offline training & internship programs
  • Workshops
  • Upskilling programs
  • Certification courses

Once payment is completed and enrollment is confirmed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Non-Transferable Enrollment

Program enrollment is strictly non-transferable.

Participants are not allowed to:

  • Transfer their enrollment to another person
  • Shift their seat to a different candidate
  • Replace themselves with another participant
3. Course Change Policy

Participants are not permitted to change or switch to another course after enrollment.

All registrations are considered final and binding.

4. Batch Rescheduling

Sense Academia reserves the right to change:

  • Program start dates
  • Batch schedules
  • Session timings
  • Training formats

based on operational requirements, trainer availability, or other circumstances.

Such changes will not qualify for a refund.

5. Payment Disputes

Participants agree not to initiate payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversal requests with banks or payment gateways after enrolling in the program.

Any such disputes may lead to legal action or account suspension.
